Who can apply
Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Woman Civil Excise Officer (First NCA Notification) in Excise. Category No: 578/2021 - 582/2021. Vacancies: District-wise (Community-wise): Cat. No. 578/2021 (Hindu Nadar - Thiruvananthapuram - 1, Kannur - 1), Cat. No. 579/2021 (Dheevara - Kollam - 1), Cat. No. 580/2021 (Scheduled Caste - Kollam - 1, Kannur - 1), Cat. No. 581/2021 (Viswakarma - Ernakulam - 1), Cat. No. 582/2021 (SCCC - Palakkad - 1). Scale of Pay: ₹ 20,000 – 45,800/- (PR). Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (From women candidates belonging to the respective reservation communities only). Applications must be submitted online on or before 05-01-2022 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.
Qualifications
Educational Qualifications:
• Must have passed Plus Two or its equivalent examination.
Physical Standards:
Height: Minimum 152 cm (150 cm for SC candidates). Endurance Test: Must run 2.5 kilometers in 15 minutes. Physical Efficiency Test: Must qualify in any 5 out of 8 events of the National Physical Efficiency Test (One Star standard). Vision Standards (without glasses): Distant vision (Right 6/6 Snellen, Left 6/6 Snellen), Near vision (Right 0.5 Snellen, Left 0.5 Snellen). Free from color blindness, squint, or morbid conditions of the eyes. Free from knock-knees, flat-foot, varicose veins, bow legs, deformed limbs, pegged teeth, stuttering, etc.
Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules:
KS & SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable.
