Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (From candidates belonging to Viswakarma community of Kerala state only). Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • A Pass in Standard VII/IIIrd Form. Technical Qualifications: • Must posses valid Driving Licence of three years standing to drive light motor vehicle with Drivers Badge. • Proficiency in driving Light Motor Vehicles which is to be proved by a Practical Test ('H' Test & Road Test) conducted by Kerala Public Service Commission. Experience Required: Must possess valid Driving Licence of three years standing. Physical Standards: Medical Fitness: Ear - Hearing should be perfect. Eye - Distant vision: 6/6 Snellen (Right & Left), Near vision: 0.5 snellen (Right & Left), Colour Vision: Normal, Night blindness: Nil. Muscles and joints - No paralysis and all joints must be capable of free movement. Nervous System - Perfectly normal and free from any infectious diseases. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 (a)(ii) of Part II of KS & SSR is applicable.
