Vacancies: District wise (Kottayam - 01 One). Scale of Pay: ₹ 25,100 - 57,900/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (From candidates belonging to Ezhava/Thiyya/Billava community of Kerala State only). Age limit

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • A Pass in Standard VII/IIIrd Form. Technical Qualifications: • Must possess valid Driving Licence of three years standing to drive Medium/Heavy Goods/Passenger Motor vehicles with Drivers Badge. • Proficiency in driving Medium/Heavy Goods/Passenger Motor Vehicles which is to be proved by a Practical Test including 'T' Test and Road Test conducted by Kerala Public Service Commission during the course of selection (Only those who have passed 'T' Test are eligible for Road Test). Physical Standards: Ear: Hearing should be perfect. Eye: Distant vision 6/6 snellen (Right & Left), Near vision 0.5 snellen (Right & Left), Colour Vision: Normal, Night blindness: Nil. Muscles and joints: No paralysis and all joints must be capable of free movement. Nervous System: Perfectly normal and free from any infectious diseases. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 (a)(ii) of Part II of KS & SSR is applicable.

Applications not submitted in accordance with terms and conditions are liable to be rejected. Disciplinary action as per Rule 22 of KPSC Rules of Procedure 1976 shall be initiated for bogus claims.
