Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Male Warder (Assistant Prison Officer) in Jail. Category No: 269/2016. Vacancies: Unit wise Thiruvananthapuram Unit - Viswakarma - 2 (Two). Scale of Pay: 20,000 – 45800/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (Only from candidates belonging to Viswakarma community). Applications must be submitted online on or before 05-10-2016 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Pass in SSLC or its equivalent examination. Physical Standards: Must have at least 165 cm height and must be 81.3 cms round the chest on full exhalation and must have chest expansion of at least 5 cms. Eye Sight: Distant Vision 6/6 Snellen (Right Eye & Left Eye), Near Vision 0.5 Snellen (Right Eye & Left Eye). Each eye must have full field of vision. Colour blindness, squint or any other morbid condition of the eyes or lids will be deemed to be a disqualification. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 (a) (ii) of KS & SSR is applicable.
