Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Instrument Mechanic in Medical Education Department. Category No: 075/2022. Vacancies: Scheduled Caste (SC) - 01 (One). Scale of Pay: ₹ 27,900-63,700/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (from candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC) community only). Note: In the absence of SC candidates, ST candidates will be considered.. Applications must be submitted online on or before 18-05-2022 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Pass in SSLC or equivalent qualification. Technical Qualifications: • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 1 year experience in the manufacture and service of Scientific Equipments. • OR • ITI certificate in Instrument Mechanic trade with 3 years not less experience in the manufacture and service of Optical Instruments, Electro-Medical Equipments, etc. Experience Required: 1 year experience for Diploma holders OR 3 years experience for ITI holders in relevant manufacturing and servicing fields. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable.

General conditions from the notification
