Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Instrument Mechanic in Medical Education. Category No: 050/2022. Vacancies: 01 (One). Scale of Pay: 27,900 – 63,700/-. Age limit

18-36; Candidates born between 02/01/1986 and 01/01/2004 (both dates included) are eligible to apply. Usual age relaxation is applicable to SC/ST and Other Backward Communities. Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • SSLC or equivalent qualification. Technical Qualifications: • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with one year experience in the manufacture and service of scientific instruments. • OR ITI in Instrument Mechanic trade with three years experience in the manufacture and service of optical instruments, electro-medical instruments, etc. Experience Required: One year experience in the manufacture and service of scientific instruments (for Diploma holders) or three years experience in the manufacture and service of optical/electro-medical instruments (for ITI holders). Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable.
General conditions from the notification
The rank list prepared shall remain in force for a minimum period of one year and a maximum period of three years. Appointments will be made from the list for the vacancies reported during the validity of the list. General conditions regarding probation, KS&SSR, and verification of documents are applicable.
