Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Instrument Mechanic in Medical Education. Category No: 050/2022. Vacancies: 01 (One). Scale of Pay: 27,900 – 63,700/-. Age limit

18-36; Only candidates born between 02.01.1986 and 01.01.2004 (both dates included) are eligible to apply with usual relaxation to SC, ST and Other Backward Communities. Maximum age limit shall in no case exceed 50 years. Check your age for this post with your date of birth and category

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • S.S.L.C. or its equivalent Technical Qualifications: • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering • Industrial Training Institute Certificate in Instrument Mechanic trade Experience Required: For Diploma holders: Minimum one year experience in manufacturing and servicing of Scientific equipments. For ITI holders: At least three years experience in the manufacture and servicing of preferably Optical Instruments, Electro Medical Equipments etc. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS & SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. Candidates who claim equivalent qualifications shall produce the relevant Government Order to prove the equivalency at the time of verification.
General conditions from the notification
Candidates must submit confirmation for writing the examination through their One Time Registration Profile. Applications of candidates who do not submit confirmation will be rejected. Disciplinary action will be taken for bogus claims. AADHAR card should be added as ID proof.
