Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Police Constable (Armed Police Battalion) in Police. Category No: 357/2020 - 358/2020. Vacancies: Battalion wise, Thiruvananthapuram (SAP): SCCC - 3 (Category No. 357/2020), Dheevara - 1 (Category No. 358/2020). Scale of Pay: 22,200-48,000/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (Battalion wise) (from candidates belonging to above mentioned reservation community only). Applications must be submitted online on or before 20-01-2021 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

18 – 29. Candidates born between 02.01.1991 and 01.01.2002 (both dates included). 18 – 31 for candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste converted to Christian Community, who have converted to Christianity from SC after attaining 18 years and children of such parents (born between 02.01.1989 and 01.01.2002). Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Pass in HSE examination (Plus Two) or its equivalent Experience Required: None Physical Standards: Height: Minimum 168 cm. Chest: Minimum 81 cm with minimum 5 cm expansion. Eye Sight: Distant Vision 6/6 Snellen, Near Vision 0.5 Snellen (without glasses). Must be free from physical defects like knock-knee, flat foot, Varicose vein, bow legs, deformed hands & limbs, irregular and protruding tooth, defective speech and hearing. Must qualify in any five events out of eight in the National Physical Efficiency, One Star Standard Test. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 (a) (ii) of Part II of the KS&SSR is applicable.
