Category No: 065/2017. Vacancies: District-wise: Wayanad - 15, Palakkad (Attappady Block) - 5, Malappuram (Nilambur Block) - 3. Scale of Pay: 20000-45800/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (Special Recruitment for Scheduled Tribes - Paniyan, Adiyan, Kattunayakan communities only from specified areas). Age limit

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Passed Plus Two (+2) examination or equivalent qualification. • Note: In the absence of qualified candidates, those who have passed 8th Standard will also be considered. Physical Standards: Height: Minimum 160 cm (155 cm for ST). Chest: Minimum 76 cm with a minimum expansion of 5 cm (72 cm with 5 cm expansion for ST). Vision: Must possess standard of vision without glasses (Distant Vision: Right 6/6 Snellen, Left 6/6 Snellen; Near Vision: Right 0.5 Snellen, Left 0.5 Snellen; Colour Vision and Night Blindness requirements as per notification). Physical Efficiency Test: Must pass at least 3 events out of 8 in the National Physical Efficiency Test one-star standard. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)ii is applicable.
