Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Junior Instructor (Surveyor, Fashion Design Technology, Electronic Mechanic, Electrician) in Industrial Training. Category No: 331/2019 – 334/2019. Vacancies: Statewide (Surveyor: 3 SC/ST, 2 ST ONLY; Fashion Design Technology: 2 SC/ST, 4 ST ONLY; Electronic Mechanic: 2 SC/ST, 1 ST ONLY; Electrician: 3 SC/ST, 1 ST ONLY). Scale of Pay: Rs. 26500-56700. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (Special Recruitment from among Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes and Scheduled Tribes only). Applications must be submitted online on or before 15-01-2020 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

19-49. Only Candidates born between 02.01.1970 and 01.01.2000 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post. In the absence of qualified candidates within the age limit the upper age limit shall be relaxed up to 50 years. But in no case the maximum age limit shall exceed 50 (Fifty) years. Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Pass in SSLC or its equivalent qualification. Technical Qualifications: • National Trade Certificate in the appropriate trade. • National Apprenticeship Certificate in the appropriate trade. • Diploma in the appropriate branch of Engineering from a Government or Government recognised Polytechnic or its equivalent examination. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10(a)(ii) of part II of KS&SSR is applicable. Candidates who claim equivalent qualification instead of qualification mentioned in the notification shall produce the relevant Government Order to prove the equivalency at the time of verification.
