Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Junior Instructor (Instrument Mechanic) in Industrial Training. Category No: 548/2017. Vacancies: 01 (One). Scale of Pay: 26500 - 56700 /-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment. Applications must be submitted online on or before 17-01-2018 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

19-44. Only candidates born between 02.01.1973 and 01.01.1998 (both dates are included) are eligible to apply for this post with usual relaxation to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and other Backward Communities. Check your age for this post with your date of birth and category

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • S.S.L.C. or equivalent qualification. Technical Qualifications: • National Trade Certificate in the appropriate trade with 3 years experience in the trade after obtaining the certificate. • National Apprenticeship Certificate in the appropriate trade with one year experience after obtaining the certificate. • Diploma in the appropriate branch of Engineering from a Government or Government recognized polytechnic or its equivalent qualification. Experience Required: 3 years experience in the trade after obtaining the National Trade Certificate OR one year experience after obtaining the National Apprenticeship Certificate. Experience gained by a workshop Attender can also be deemed to be qualifying Experience. Candidates belonging to SC/ST are exempted from the qualification of Experience. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 (a) (ii) of Part II of KS & SSR is applicable.
General conditions from the notification
Candidates must register as per One Time Registration. Probation period is two years of duty within a continuous period of three years. If a Written/OMR/Online Test is conducted, admission tickets will be available in the profile for 15 days. Refer to Part II of the Gazette Notification for general conditions.
