Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Higher Secondary School Teacher (Junior) - Mathematics in Kerala Higher Secondary Education. Category No: 501/2020. Vacancies: Scheduled Tribe - 5 (Five). Scale of Pay: ₹32300-68700/- (Revised). Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (from Scheduled Tribe candidates only). Applications must be submitted online on or before 03-02-2021 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

20-45. Candidates must have been born between 02.01.1975 and 01.00.2000 (both dates inclusive). Check your age for this post with your date of birth and category

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Master's Degree in the concerned subject with not less than 45% marks from any of the Universities in Kerala or a qualification recognized by any of the Universities in Kerala as equivalent thereto. • Degree in B.Ed in the concerned subject acquired through regular study from any of the Universities in Kerala or a qualification recognized as equivalent thereto by a University in Kerala. • In the absence of persons with B.Ed Degree in the concerned subject, B.Ed Degree acquired in the concerned faculty as specified in the Acts and Statutes of any of the Universities in Kerala. • In the absence of the above, M.Sc.Ed. in the concerned subject with not less than 50% marks from any of the Regional Institutes of Education sponsored by NCERT. Technical Qualifications: • Must have passed the State Eligibility Test (SET) for the post of Higher Secondary School Teacher conducted by Government of Kerala ored by the Government. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. Equivalency must be proven with government orders produced at verification time.
General conditions from the notification
Applications submitted by candidates belonging to categories other than Scheduled Tribe will be rejected. Part II KS&SSR rules are applicable.
