Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Higher Secondary School Teacher (Junior) Mathematics in Kerala Higher Secondary Education. Category No: 490/2021. Vacancies: Scheduled Tribe - 5 (Five). Scale of Pay: ₹ 45600-95600/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (From among candidates belonging to the Scheduled Tribe Community. But applications of Scheduled Caste candidates will also be considered in the absence of sufficient qualified Scheduled Tribe candidates).. Applications must be submitted online on or before 01-12-2021 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Master's Degree in the concerned subject with not less than 45% marks from any of the Universities in Kerala or a qualification recognized as equivalent thereto. • B.Ed in the concerned subject acquired after a regular course of study from any of the Universities in Kerala or a qualification recognized as equivalent thereto, OR B.Ed Degree acquired in the concerned faculty, OR B.Ed Degree in any subject. OR M Sc Ed. in the concerned subject with not less than 50% marks from any of the Regional Institute of Education (NCERT). • Must have passed the State Eligibility Test (SET) for the post of Higher Secondary School Teachers conducted by Government of Kerala or by the agency authorized by the State Government. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 a (ii) of Part II KS & SSR is applicable. Candidates claiming equivalent qualification shall produce the relevant equivalency certificate/Government Order.

Direct Recruitment (From among candidates belonging to the Scheduled Tribe Community. But applications of Scheduled Caste candidates will also be considered in the absence of sufficient qualified Scheduled Tribe candidates).

Applications of candidates belonging to communities other than Scheduled Tribe/Scheduled Caste will be summarily rejected. Candidates must submit confirmation for writing the examination. General Conditions in Part II of the Gazette Notification apply.
