Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Higher Secondary School Teacher (Hindi) [Special Recruitment from ST only] in Kerala Higher Secondary Education. Category No: 665/2021. Vacancies: 04 (Four) Scheduled Tribes only. Scale of Pay: ₹55,200-115300/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (Special Recruitment from Scheduled Tribes only). Applications must be submitted online on or before 02-02-2022 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

20-45. Only Candidates born between 02.01.1976 and 01.01.2001 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post. No other age relaxation will be allowed. Note: In the absence of qualified candidates within the age limit the upper age limit shall be relaxed up to 50 years. But in no case the maximum age limit shall exceed 50 (Fifty) years. Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Master's Degree in the concerned subject with not less than 45% marks from any of the Universities in Kerala or a Qualification recognised as equivalent thereto in the respective subject by any University in Kerala. • B.Ed in the concerned subject acquired after a regular course of study from any of the Universities in Kerala or a qualification recognised as equivalent thereto by a University in Kerala. • In the absence of persons with B.Ed. Degree in concerned subject, B.Ed. Degree acquired in the concerned faculty as specified in the Acts and Statutes of any of the Universities in Kerala. • In the absence of persons with B.Ed. Degree as specified in items (1) and (2) above, persons with B.Ed. Degree in any subject acquired after a regular course of study from any of the Universities in Kerala or a qualification recognised as equivalent thereto by any of the Universities in Kerala. Technical Qualifications: • Must have passed the State Eligibility Test (SET) for the post of Higher Secondary School Teacher conducted by the Government of Kerala or by the Agency authorized by the State Government. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10(a)(ii) of part II of KS&SSR is applicable to the Selection. Candidates who claim equivalent qualification instead of qualification mentioned in the notification shall produce the relevant Government Order to prove the equivalency at the time of verification.

Appointed candidate will be on probation for a total period of two years on duty within a continuous period of three years. Paragraphs two, three and twenty five in the general conditions are not applicable to this selection.
