Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Driver Gr.II (HDV) (Ex-servicemen only) in NCC/Sainik Welfare. Category No: 090/2022. Vacancies: District wise: Alappuzha - Muslim - 01 (one). Scale of Pay: 18000 - 41500/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (From candidates of Ex-servicemen belonging to above reservation community only). Applications must be submitted online on or before 18-05-2022 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

21-42. Candidates born between 02.01.1980 and 01.01.2001 (both dates are included). Maximum age limit shall in no case exceed 50 years. Check your age for this post with your date of birth and category

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Literacy in Malayalam or Tamil or Kannada Technical Qualifications: • Must possess Current Motor Driving Licence with endorsement for driving Heavy Duty Vehicle and Motor Cycle • Must have three years experience in driving Heavy Duty vehicle either Military or Civil • Driving Licence issued after 16.01.1979 must have endorsement both for heavy Goods and heavy passenger Vehicles Experience Required: Three years experience in driving Heavy Duty vehicle either Military or Civil. Physical Standards: Hearing should be perfect. Distant vision: 6/6 Snellen (Right & Left), Near vision: 0.5 Snellen (Right & Left), Colour Vision: Normal, Night blindness: Nil. Muscles and joints: No paralysis and all joints must be capable of free movement. Nervous System: Perfectly normal and free from any infectious diseases. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 (a)(ii) of Part II of KS & SSR is applicable. Those who claim equivalent qualification shall produce the respective Government Order.

General conditions from the notification
Candidates must be Ex-Servicemen/Disembodied Territorial Army personnel. Probation period is 2 years on duty within a continuous period of 3 years. Selection is on a revenue district basis. Candidates already in Government service holding this post in any one district are prohibited from applying again.
