Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Driver Grade II (LDV) in Various. Category No: 610/2015 to 614/2015. Vacancies: District wise: Thiruvananthapuram (LC/AI - 01), Kannur (OX - 01), Kottayam (SC - 01), Kozhikode (Ezhava/Billava/Thiyya - 01), Kozhikkode (Muslim - 01), Malappuram (Muslim - 01), Kottayam (Muslim - 01). Scale of Pay: 9190 – 15780/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (From candidates belonging to above reservation community only). Applications must be submitted online on or before 03-02-2016 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

18 – 42 (born between 02.01.1973 and 01.01.1997) for Ezhava/Billava/Thiyya, LC/AI, OX and Muslim. 18 – 44 (born between 02.01.1971 and 01.01.1997) for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe. Age relaxation up to 44 years for OX candidates converted from SC. Maximum age limit shall not exceed 50 years. Check your age for this post with your date of birth and category

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • A Pass in Standard VII/III Forum Technical Qualifications: • Must possess valid Driving Licence of three years standing to drive Light Motor Vehicle with Driver's badge • Proficiency in Driving light Motor Vehicles (to be proved in a practical test conducted by KPSC) Experience Required: None specified, but must have 3 years standing on Driving Licence Physical Standards: Hearing should be perfect. Distant Vision: 6/6 Snellen (Right & Left). Near Vision: 0.5 Snellen (Right & Left). Colour Vision: Normal. Night blindness: Nil. Muscles and joints: No paralysis, all joints must be capable of free movement. Nervous System: Perfectly normal and free from any infectious diseases. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 (a) ii of Part II of KS&SSR is applicable.

Selection on Revenue District basis. Candidates advised in one district not eligible for transfer for 5 years. Physically Handicapped candidates are not eligible. Candidates must possess valid Driving Licence and badge throughout all stages of selection.
