Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Driver Grade II (LDV) in Kerala Muncipal Common Services/Various Development Authorities. Category No: 143/2016 to 148/2016. Vacancies: Category No:143/2016 - Muslim -4, Category No:144/2016 - LC/AI -3, Category No:145/2016 - OBC-1, Category No:146/2016 -ST-1, Category No:147/2016 -Hindu Nadar- 1, Category No:148/2016 - OX-1. Scale of Pay: Rs.5250-8390 (PR). Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (Muslim, ST, LC/AI, OBC, Hindu Nadar, OX Community only). Applications must be submitted online on or before 20-07-2016 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.
Age limit
18 - 39 (Only candidates born between 02.01.1977 and 01.01.1998 are eligible). For OX community: 18 - 41 (born between 02.01.1975 and 01.01.1998). For ST Community: 18 - 41 (born between 02.01.1975 and 01.01.1998). Age relaxations applicable for provisional hands and retrenched employees of Kerala Fisheries Corporation.

Educational Qualifications:
• Literacy in Malayalam, Tamil or Kannada
Technical Qualifications:
• Must possess a Light Motor Driving Licence of atleast three years standing with endorsement for driving Light Duty Vehicles.
• Candidate shall possess a Current Driving Licence throughout all the stages of selection process as on the last date of application OMR test practical test Interview etc.
• Proficiency in Driving Light Duty vehicles (to be proved in a practical test)
Physical Standards:
Medical Fitness: Ear: Hearing should be perfect. Eye: Distant Vision 6/6 Snellen, Near Vision 0.5 Snellen, Colour Vision: Normal, Night Blindness: Nil, Field of Vision: Must have full field of vision. Muscles & Joints: No Paralysis and all joints with free movements. Nervous System: Perfectly normal and free from any infectious diseases.
