Scale of Pay: ₹ 18,000 – 41,500/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (Special Recruitment from among Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes and Scheduled Tribes only). Age limit

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • A Pass in Standard VII (Redundant qualification: III Forum) Technical Qualifications: • Must possess valid Driving License of three years standing to drive Medium/Heavy Goods/Passenger Motor vehicles with Drivers Badge. • Proficiency in Driving-Medium/Heavy Goods/Passenger Motor Vehicles which is to be proved by a Practical Test including 'T' test and Road test conducted by Kerala Public Service Commission. Experience Required: Must possess valid Driving License of three years standing. Physical Standards: Ear: Hearing should be perfect. Eye: Distant vision 6/6 Snellen (Right/Left), Near vision 0.5 Snellen (Right/Left), Colour Vision: Normal, Night blindness: Nil. Muscles and joints: No paralysis and all joints must be capable of free movement. Nervous System: Perfectly normal and free from any infectious diseases. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 (a)(ii) of Part II of KS & SSR is applicable. Candidates claiming equivalent qualification should produce relevant Govt. Orders bearing verification.

General conditions from the notification
Every person appointed to the post shall be on probation for a total period of 2 years on duty within a continuous period of three years. Candidates must submit confirmation for writing the examination if a Written/OMR/Online test is conducted. Differently abled candidates are not eligible.
