Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Draftsman Gr II / Town Planning Surveyor Gr II in Town & Country Planning. Category No: 501/2019. Vacancies: 27 (Twenty Seven). Scale of Pay: 22200-48000/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment. Applications must be submitted online on or before 05-02-2020 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

18-36; candidates born between 02/01/1983 and 01/01/2001 (both dates included) are eligible. SC/ST and other backward communities are eligible for usual age relaxation. Check your age for this post with your date of birth and category

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Pass in SSLC or its Equivalent qualifications Technical Qualifications: • Diploma in Civil Engineering (2 Years course) of woman's polytechnic • Group Certificate under K.G.T.E or M.G.T.E (including all four groups: Building Drawing, Building Construction, Survey and irrigation) • Pass in the following 8 subjects under K.G.T.E or M.G.T.E: 1. Surveying leveling (Higher), 2. Applied mechanic (Higher), 3. Building materials and construction (Higher), 4. Hydraulics and irrigation (Higher), 5. Building Drawing & Estimating (Higher), 6. Earth work And Road making (Higher), 7. Geometrical Drawing (Lower), 8. Mensuration (Lower) • National apprenticeship certificate (surveyor) • National apprenticeship certificate (Civil) • National Trade certificate (surveyor) • National Trade Certificate (Draftsman civil) • A pass in V.H.S.E Certificate in Building Technology (for Draftsman Gr II) • A pass in V.H.S.E Certificate in Draftsmanship and quantity surveying (for Town planning surveyor Gr II) Experience Required: Not applicable Physical Standards: Differently abled candidates with Low Vision/Blind are not eligible. 3% reservation for Locomotor disability/Cerebral palsy, Hearing impairment. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 a (ii) of Part II KS & SSR is applicable. Candidates claiming equivalent qualification must produce the relevant government order at the time of verification.
