Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Assistant Town Planner (Special Recruitment from ST only) in Town & Country Planning. Category No: 032/2022. Vacancies: ST-02 (Two). Scale of Pay: ₹55200-115300. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (Special Recruitment from Scheduled Tribes only). Applications must be submitted online on or before 30-03-2022 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

18-41 (Only Candidates born between 02.01.1981 and 01.01.2004 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post). Note: In the absence of qualified candidates within the age limit the upper age limit shall be relaxed up to 50 years. But in no case the maximum age limit shall exceed 50 (Fifty) years. Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Post Graduate Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Town and Country Planning or Regional Planning/City Planning • Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture or Physical Planning from a University/Institution recognized by the government Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 (a) (ii) of Part II KS&SSR is applicable for this selection. Those candidates who have claimed equivalency for qualifications should produce the Government order proving the same at the time of certificate verification in order to consider as equivalent.

General conditions from the notification
Every Person appointed to this post shall be on probation for a period of two years on duty within a continuous period of three years. Paragraphs two, three and twenty five (except the conditions laid down in the Rule 3 (C) of Part II of the Kerala State and Subordinate Service Rules) are not applicable to this selection. Appointment are made on the basis of the rank secured in the ranked list subject to the conditions laid down in G.O.(P) No. 21/76/PD dated 17.01.1976 and G.O.(P) No.25/94/GAD dated 22.01.1994 and rules under sections 3(c), 17(a), 17(b) of Part II of KS&SSR, 1958.
