Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • SSLC or equivalent qualification. • A Degree in Urdu conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. • OR A Title of Oriental Learning in Urdu awarded or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. • OR Adeeb-i-Fazil Preliminary (Urdu) Examination conducted by any of the Universities in Kerala. • OR Pass in Urdu Higher Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala. • OR BA Urdu and Islamic History double main degree awarded by Kannur University. Technical Qualifications: • Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET-IV) for this post conducted by Government of Kerala. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. Government Orders regarding exemptions from TET (like CTET, NET, SET, M.Phil, Ph.D, M.Ed, etc.) as specified in the notification are applicable.
