Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Driver Grade II (LDV) in Various. Category No: 520/2014 to 522/2014. Vacancies: Community wise (Thrissur - 1 SC, Thrissur - 1 Dheevara, Idukki - 1 Hindu Nadar, Thiruvananthapuram - 1 Hindu Nadar). Scale of Pay: 9190 - 15780/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (From candidates belonging to above reservation communities only). Applications must be submitted online on or before 31-12-2014 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

SC: 18-44 (Born between 2.1.1970 and 1.1.1996). Dheevara, Hindu Nadar: 18-42 (Born between 2.1.1972 and 1.1.1996). Maximum age limit shall in no case exceed 50 years. Check your age for this post with your date of birth and category

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • A Pass in Standard VII/III Forum. Technical Qualifications: • Must possess valid Driving Licence of three years standing to drive Light Motor Vehicle with Driver's badge. • Proficiency in Driving light Motor Vehicles which is to be proved in a practical test conducted by KPSC during the course of selection. Only those who pass 'H' test are eligible for Road Test. Experience Required: Valid Driving Licence of three years standing Physical Standards: Medical Fitness: Ear - Hearing should be perfect; Eye - Distant Vision 6/6 Snellen, Near Vision 0.5 Snellen, Colour Vision Normal, Night blindness Nil; Muscles and joints - No paralysis, all joints must be capable of free movement; Nervous System - Perfectly normal and free from any infectious diseases. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 (a) ii of Part II of KS&SSR is applicable.
