Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Higher Secondary School Teacher (Junior) Mathematics in Kerala Higher Secondary Education. Category No: 501/2020. Vacancies: Scheduled Tribe - 5 (Five). Scale of Pay: ₹32300-68700/- (Revised). Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (From among candidates belonging to the Scheduled Tribe Community). Applications must be submitted online on or before 03-02-2021 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Master's Degree in the concerned subject with not less than 45% marks from any of the Universities in Kerala or a qualification recognized as equivalent thereto in the respective subject by any University in Kerala. • B.Ed Degree in the concerned subject acquired after a regular course of study from any of the Universities in Kerala or a qualification recognized as equivalent thereto by any University in Kerala. (In the absence of persons with B.Ed. Degree in the concerned subject, B.Ed Degree acquired in the concerned faculty as specified in the Acts and Statutes; in the absence of both, B.Ed. Degree in any subject acquired after a regular course of study). OR M Sc Ed. in the concerned subject with not less than 50% marks from any of the Regional Institute of Education (NCERT). • Must have passed the State Eligibility Test (SET) for the post of Higher Secondary School Teachers conducted by Government of Kerala or by the agency authorized by the State Government. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 a (ii) of Part II KS & SSR is applicable. Candidates claiming equivalent qualification must produce the relevant Government Order to prove equivalency at the time of verification.
