Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Master's Degree in the concerned subject with not less than 50% marks from any of the Universities in Kerala or a qualification recognised by any of the Universities in Kerala as equivalent thereto. • Degree in B.Ed. in the concerned subject acquired through a regular course of study from any of the Universities in Kerala or a qualification recognised by any of the Universities in Kerala as equivalent thereto. • Post Graduate Degree in M.Ed. in the concerned subject recognised by any University in Kerala is exempted from B.Ed. qualification. Technical Qualifications: • Pass in State Eligibility Test (SET) for the post of Higher Secondary School Teacher conducted by Government of Kerala or by any agency authorized by the Government of Kerala. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)ii is applicable.
