Age limit

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • A Pass in Standard VII/III Forum Technical Qualifications: • Must possess valid Driving Licence of three years standing to drive Light Motor Vehicle with Driver's badge • Proficiency in Driving-Light motor vehicles which is to be proved in a practical test conducted by KPSC during the course of selection. Only those who pass 'H' test are eligible for Road test. Experience Required: Three years standing to drive Light Motor Vehicle Physical Standards: Ear: Hearing should be perfect. Eye: Distant Vision 6/6 Snellen, Near Vision 0.5 Snellen, Colour Vision Normal, Night blindness Nil. Muscles and joints: No paralysis, all joints with free movement. Nervous System: Perfectly normal and free from any infectious diseases. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Not specified

Candidates advised for appointment in one district are not eligible for transfer to another district unless they complete 5 years continuous service. Probation period of 2 years on duty within a continuous period of 3 years. Physically handicapped candidates are not eligible.
