Age limit

18-26. Candidates born between 2.1.1991 and 1.1.1999 (both dates included) only eligible to apply. Usual age relaxation for Other Backward Communities, Scheduled caste converts and SC/ST candidates as per Rule 10(c). Women and Physically handicapped persons are not eligible. Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Must have passed Plus two or its equivalent examination. Technical Qualifications: • Preferential: Diploma in Computer Application. Experience Required: None Physical Standards: General: Height 165cm, Weight 50kg, Chest 81cm (5cm expansion). SC/ST: Height 160cm, Weight 48kg, Chest 76cm (5cm expansion). Must possess proficiency in swimming (50m trial in 2 mins and 2 mins floating). Must possess specific visual standards (Distant Vision 6/6 Snellen, Near Vision 0.5 Snellen, Full Field of Vision) without glasses. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS & SSR Part II Rule 10 (a) ii is applicable.
General conditions from the notification
Ranked list valid for one year. Probation period of two years on duty within a continuous period of three years. Candidates must execute a bond to serve for 7 years or pay Rs. 3000/-. Training of 6 months in school and 6 months practical training required.
