Scale of Pay: 32,300 – 68,700/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (From Scheduled Tribe candidates only). Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Degree Experience Required: Not applicable Physical Standards: Must be physically fit. Minimum height: 150 cm. Vision: Distant vision 6/6 Snellen, Near vision 0.5 Snellen for both eyes. Must be free from colour blindness, squint, and any morbid conditions of the eye or lids. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS & SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. Candidates claiming equivalent qualification must produce the Government Order proving equivalency at the time of verification.
General conditions from the notification
Appointments are subject to KS&SSR Part II, probation period of 2 years within a continuous period of 3 years, and specific rules for ST special recruitment. Candidates must undergo Police Training College training (1 year) and practical training (10.5 months).
