Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Senior Civil Police Officer (Special Recruitment from ST Only) in Kerala Police Service. Category No: 790/2025. Vacancies: Kollam – 01 (ST only). Scale of Pay: 39300-83000/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (District wise) (SR from among Scheduled Tribe only). Applications must be submitted online on or before 04-02-2026 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

20 - 36, Candidates born between 02.01.1989 and 01.01.2005 (both dates included). Upper age limit shall be relaxed up to 41 years for Ex-servicemen. Check your age for this post with your date of birth and category

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Pass in SSLC or its equivalent Experience Required: None Physical Standards: Height: Minimum 160 cm. Chest: Normal 76 cm (minimum expansion 5 cm). Eye Sight: Distant Vision 6/6 Snellen, Near Vision 0.5 Snellen (without glasses). Must be free from physical defects like knock-knee, flat foot, Varicose vein, bow legs, deformed hands & limbs, irregular and protruding tooth, defective speech and hearing. Must qualify in any five events out of eight events of the National Physical Efficiency, One Star Standard Test. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II of KS & SSR is applicable.
