Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Women Civil Excise Officer (Trainee) in Excise. Category No: 515/2023. Vacancies: Scheduled Tribe Malappuram - 1. Scale of Pay: 27,900 – 63,700/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (Only from the women candidates of Scheduled Tribes). Applications must be submitted online on or before 03-01-2024 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Must have passed the Plus Two Examination or its equivalent. Experience Required: Not applicable Physical Standards: Minimum height 150 cms. Must successfully complete an endurance test of running 2.5 Kilometers within 15 minutes. Must qualify in any five events out of eight events of the National Physical Efficiency Test (One Star Standard). Must be certified by a Medical Officer not below the rank of an Assistant Surgeon/Junior Consultant as to physical fitness and capacity for active outdoor work. Must possess specified visual standards (Distant Vision 6/6 Snellen, Near Vision 0.5 Snellen) without glasses. Must be free from physical defects like knock knee, flat foot, varicose vein, bow legs, deformed hands and limbs, irregular and protruding teeth, defective speech and hearing. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II of KS & SSR is applicable. Candidates who claim equivalent qualification shall produce equivalency certificate or the relevant Govt. order to prove the claim at the time of One Time Verification or as required by the Commission.
