Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Women Civil Excise Officer in Excise. Category No: 465/2019 – 466/2019. Vacancies: Community wise (Kollam, Kottayam, Thrissur, Kannur, Alappuzha). Scale of Pay: Rs. 20,000 – 45800/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (Only from the women candidates of reserved communities mentioned). Applications must be submitted online on or before 05-02-2020 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

19-34 (Muslim: born between 02-01-1985 and 01-01-2000); 19-36 (SC: born between 02-01-1983 and 01-01-2000). Includes relaxation as per Para 2(i) of General Conditions. Check your age for this post with your date of birth and category

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Must have passed the Plus Two Examination or its equivalent. Experience Required: Not applicable Physical Standards: Minimum height 152 cms (150 cms for SC candidates). Must be certified by a Medical Officer (not below Assistant Surgeon/Junior Consultant) for physical fitness and active outdoor work. Must possess specified visual standards (Distant Vision: 6/6 Snellen for both eyes; Near Vision: 0.5 Snellen for both eyes). Must be free from physical defects like knock knee, flat foot, varicose vein, bow legs, deformed hands and limbs, irregular and protruding teeth, defective speech and hearing. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II of KS & SSR is applicable. Candidates applying with equivalent qualification must produce the relevant Government order at the time of verification.

Selection is on a revenue district basis. Candidates must undergo basic training for not less than six months. NCC Cadets with A, B, & C certificates get weightage marks. Candidates must submit confirmation for written/OMR/online tests.
