Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Women Civil Excise Officer in Excise. Category No: 181/2022. Vacancies: Muslim: Thiruvananthapuram-1 (One). Scale of Pay: 20,000 – 45,800/- (PR). Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (Only from the women candidates of reserved community mentioned above.). Applications must be submitted online on or before 22-06-2022 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

19-34. Candidates born between 2.1.1988 and 1.1.2003 (Both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post (Including the relaxation as per Para 2(i) of the General Conditions) Check your age for this post with your date of birth and category

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Must have passed the Plus Two Examination or its equivalent. Experience Required: None Physical Standards: Minimum height 152 cms. Must qualify in an endurance test (2.5 km race within 15 minutes) and a Physical Efficiency Test (qualify in any 5 out of 8 events). Must be certified by a Medical Officer not below the rank of Assistant Surgeon/Junior Consultant to possess physical fitness and specific visual standards (Distant Vision 6/6 Snellen, Near Vision 0.5 Snellen for both eyes without glasses). Must be free from physical defects like knock knee, flat foot, varicose vein, bow legs, deformed hands and limbs, irregular and protruding teeth, defective speech and hearing. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II of KS & SSR is applicable. Candidates who claim equivalent qualification shall produce the relevant Government order to prove the claim at the time of One Time Verification or as required by the Commission.

General conditions from the notification
Candidates must register as per One Time Registration. No application fee. Selection on revenue district basis. Candidates already in Government service holding this post in any one district are prohibited from applying again. NCC Cadets having A, B & C Certificates get weightage marks. Successful completion of basic training is mandatory for appointment. Confirmation for writing the examination is mandatory if a test is conducted.
