Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of U P School Teacher (Kannada Medium) in Education. Category No: 457/2019 – 460/2019. Vacancies: District wise: KASARAGOD (Latin Catholic/Anglo Indian: 1, S.I.U.C Nadar: 1, S.C.C.C: 1, Hindu Nadar: 1). Scale of Pay: R 25200-54000/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (from candidates belonging to Latin catholic/Anglo Indian, SIUC Nadar, SCCC and Hindu Nadar reservation group of communities only). Applications must be submitted online on or before 05-02-2020 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

18-43. Only candidates born between 02.01.1976 and 01.01.2001 (both dates included) are eligible. 18-45 for SCCC candidates who have converted to Christianity from Scheduled Caste communities after attaining the age of eighteen years and children of such parents (born between 02.01.1974 and 01.01.2001). Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • A pass in SSLC Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala or its equivalent. • A pass in Pre-degree examination conducted by any of the Universities in Kerala or any examination recognized by any such Universities in Kerala as equivalent to Pre-degree examination. • A pass in Higher Secondary Examination conducted by the Board of Higher Secondary Examination, Kerala or any other Examination recognized by Government as equivalent thereto. • A Degree in any subject and B.Ed/B.T/L.T (Kannada) conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. Technical Qualifications: • A pass in TTC (Kannada) Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala. • Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET) for this post conducted by the Government of Kerala. Experience Required: None Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS & SSR Part II Rule 10 a (ii) is applicable. Candidates claiming equivalent qualification should produce relevant Government orders during verification. In the absence of candidates with TTC (Kannada) of Kerala and B.Ed (Kannada) holders from the Universities of Kerala, candidates with TCH (Mysore) shall be considered.

Selection is on a Revenue District basis. Candidates must submit confirmation for writing the examination through their One Time Registration profile.
