Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Town Planning Officer (Planning) in Greater Cochin Development Authority. Category No: 423/2021. Vacancies: Ezhava /Thiyya/ Billava- 01 (One). Age limit

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Post Graduate Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Town and country Planning or Regional Planning/ City planning. • OR • Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture or Physical planning from a recognised University or equivalent qualification. Experience Required: Eight years experience in the field of Town and Country planning or Regional planning/ City planning. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 a (ii) of Part II KS&SSR is applicable. Candidates who claim equivalent qualification instead of qualification mentioned in the notification shall produce the relevant Government Order to prove the equivalence at the time of verification, then only such qualification shall be treated as equivalent to the prescribed qualification concerned.
General conditions from the notification
Sub paras II, III, IV, V, VIII, IX, X, XI and XIII in para 2 and paras 5a, 6 and 7 of the general conditions are not applicable to this post. The selection to the above concern will be subject to the rules and regulations made by them from time to time.
