Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • A first class or second class Post Graduate Degree in Economics or Statistics or Mathematics from a recognized University or Institution • Statistics shall be a subject at least in the Bachelors Degree level in the case of Mathematics Experience Required: Not specified Physical Standards: Not specified Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 a (ii) of part II of KS&SSR is applicable. Candidates who claim equivalent qualification instead of qualification mentioned in the notification shall produce the relevant Government Order to prove the equivalency at the time of verification.
General conditions from the notification
Probation: Two years on duty within a continuous period of three years. Must undergo six months field duty in District Officers (Economics and Statistics). Must pass Account Test for Executive Officers or Account Test (Lower or Higher) during probation. 3% vacancies reserved for differently abled candidates. Ranked list valid for minimum one year up to three years.
