Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Regional Manager (and equated categories viz Finance Manager-I, Finance Manager-II, Agricultural Development Manager and Core Faculty) in Kerala State Co-operative Agricultural and Rural Development Bank Limited. Category No: 32/2020. Vacancies: 05 (Five). Scale of Pay: ₹ 25780 - 76305/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment. Applications must be submitted online on or before 09-09-2020 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

18-45; Only candidates born between 02.01.1975 and 01.01.2002 (both dates included) are eligible. Usual age relaxation for OBC and SC/ST candidates applies. Maximum age limit shall in no case exceed 50 years. Check your age for this post with your date of birth and category

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • MBA (Finance) / Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India • A Master's Degree of a recognized University in Arts/Science/Commerce with not less than 50% marks in the qualifying examination and HDC/JDC • Any Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University with not less than 60% marks in the qualifying examination and HDC/JDC • Degree in Law • A Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture or Horticulture of a recognized University • B.Sc (Co-operation and Banking) of Kerala Agricultural University Experience Required: 3 (Three) years experience in Managerial / Supervisory cadre in Co-operative Institutions / Scheduled Banks/ Government/ Quasi Government Institutions / Public Limited Companies (Required for the first qualification option only). Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 (a) (ii) of Part II KS&SSR is applicable. Candidates claiming equivalency must produce the Government order at the time of certificate verification.
General conditions from the notification
Selection on statewide basis. Probation period of one year on duty within a continuous period of two years. Candidates must submit confirmation for writing the examination through their OTR profile if a test is conducted.
