Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Assistant in Kerala State Co-operative Agricultural and Rural Development Bank Limited (KSCARD Bank). Category No: 065/2026. Vacancies: Scheduled Tribe (ST) - 01 (One). Scale of Pay: 16,580 – 55,005/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment from among the eligible employees belonging to Scheduled Tribe community who are permanently employed in the Member Societies affiliated to Kerala State Co-operative Agricultural and Rural Development Bank Limited. In the absence of qualified Scheduled Tribe candidates, application of Scheduled Caste candidates will also be considered.. Applications must be submitted online on or before 05-08-2026 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

18- 50 years. Candidates born between 02.01.1976 and 01.01.2008 (Both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post. No further age relaxation is permitted. Check your age for this post with your date of birth and category

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Graduation from a recognized University with JDC/HDC • B.com with Co-operation • B.Sc (Co-operation and Banking) from Kerala Agricultural University Experience Required: Must have 3 years regular service in any cadre in the Member Societies affiliated to the Kerala State Co-operative Agricultural and Rural Development Bank Limited. Candidates selected under this Category should be in service of the Member Society not only on the date of application but also on the date of appointment to the new post. Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 (a) (ii) of Part II of KS&SSR is applicable. Qualifications recognized by executive orders or standing orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for the post, and such of those qualifications which pre-suppose the acquisition of the lower qualification prescribed for the post, shall also be sufficient.

General conditions from the notification
Probation for a continuous period of one year on duty within a continuous period of two years. Para 1, Sub Paras i, ii, iii, iv, vi in Para 2, Para 3 & 4, Para 7 to 30 of the General Conditions are applicable to this post.
