Scale of Pay: Rs. 25200-54000/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment. Applications must be submitted online on or before 05-02-2020 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

18 – 40. Candidates born between 02.01.1979 and 01.01.2001 (both dates included) are eligible. Other Backward Communities and SC/ST candidates are eligible for usual age relaxation. Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • A pass in SSLC Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala or its equivalent. Technical Qualifications: • A pass in the Certificate of Physical Education issued by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala. • A pass in the Vocational Higher Secondary Education Certificate Course in Physical Education conducted by the Board of Vocational Higher Secondary Educations, Kerala or its equivalent. • Any degree in Physical Education (Regular Course) such as B.P.Ed/M.P.Ed etc. conferred or recognised by any of the Universities in Kerala. • Ex-Servicemen of Army/Navy/Air Force who possess SSLC or its equivalent and any one of the following: Physical Training Courses of the Armed Forces (The Assistant Instructor's Basic Course in Physical Education), The Army Physical Training Corps Instructor's Course, Naval Physical Training Corps Instructor's Course, or The Air Force Ground Training Instructor's Course. • Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET) for this post conducted by the Government of Kerala. Experience Required: Not applicable Physical Standards: Not specified Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II of the KS&SSR is applicable. Certificate in Physical Education of Karnataka and TamilNadu states recognised as alternate qualification. DPEd Course of Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board recognised as equivalent to CPEd. Candidates claiming equivalency must produce Government Orders at the time of verification.
