Age limit

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Pass in Std VII. Technical Qualifications: • Knowledge in Cycling. (Differently abled candidates and women candidates are not eligible for appointment to the post of Night Watchman. They are exempted from Knowledge of Cycling) Experience Required: Applicants must have 3 (Three) years regular service in any cadre in the Member Societies affiliated to Kerala State Co-operative Agricultural and Rural Development Bank Limited and should be in service of the Member society not only on the date of application but also on the date of appointment. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 (a) (ii) of Part II of KS&SSR is applicable. In addition to the qualifications prescribed in the notification, the qualifications recognized by Executive Orders or Standing Orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for a post, in the Special Rules and such of those qualifications which pre-suppose the acquisition of the lower qualification prescribed for the post, shall also be sufficient for the post.

General conditions from the notification
The rules of reservation as laid down in General Rules 14-17 of KS&SSR 1958 will be followed. As per Rule 184 of KCS every person appointed to this post shall, from the date on which he/she joins the duty be on probation for a period of one year on duty within a continuous period of two years. Para-2 and Para 6 of General Conditions regarding recruitment by KPSC are not applicable to this post.
