Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Part Time High School Teacher (Urdu) in Education. Category No: 640/2021. Vacancies: District wise - Scheduled Tribe - Malappuram – 1 (One). Scale of Pay: ₹ 19000-43600/- (PR). Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (from candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribe Community only). (In the absence of candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribe community, candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste community will be considered).. Applications must be submitted online on or before 19-01-2022 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

18-45. Only candidates born between 02.01.1976 and 01.01.2003 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post. (including the relaxation as per para 2 (i) of the General Conditions). Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • A Degree in Urdu and B.Ed/B.T/L.T conferred or recognized by the universities in Kerala. • A title of Oriental Learning in Urdu awarded or recognized by the Universities in Kerala (if such title has been declared as equivalent to Part III of Degree) and Certificate in Language Teacher's Training issued by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala. • Candidates possessing post-graduate degree in Urdu are also eligible to apply for the post provided they have B.Ed/B.T/L.T [G.O (Ms) No 177/87/G.Edn dt 22.8.1987]. Technical Qualifications: • Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET) for this post conducted by the Government of Kerala. • Exemption: Candidates who have qualified CTET/NET/SET/M.Phil/Ph.D in the respective subjects and M.Ed. in any subject are exempted from acquiring TET. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS & SSR part II Rule 10 a (ii) will be applicable for this post. Candidates claiming equivalent qualification should produce relevant Government orders during verification to prove that the qualification claimed is equivalent to the prescribed qualification for the post.

General conditions from the notification
Applications submitted by candidates belonging to the community other than those notified will be summarily rejected. The selection will be made on a Revenue District basis, subject to the special conditions laid down in G.O(MS) No.154/71/PD dated, 27.05.1971. Candidates must submit confirmation for writing the examination through their One Time Registration profile.
