Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of L.P. School Assistant (Kannada Medium) (By transfer) in Education. Category No: 324/2019. Vacancies: District wise – Kasaragod - 11 (Eleven). Scale of Pay: 25200-54000/-. Method of Appointment: Recruitment by transfer (5 years service as Clerk/Typist/Attender/Office Attendant in the General Education Department as on the date of application). Applications must be submitted online on or before 15-01-2020 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • A pass in SSLC Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala or its equivalent. • A pass in Pre-degree examination conducted by any of the Universities in Kerala or any examination recognized by any such Universities in Kerala as equivalent to Pre-degree examination. • A pass in Higher Secondary Examination conducted by the Board of Higher Secondary Examinations, Kerala or any other Examinations recognized by Government as equivalent thereto. Technical Qualifications: • A pass in TTC (Kannada) Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala. • Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET) for this post conducted by the Government of Kerala Experience Required: 5 years service as Clerk/Typist/Attender/Office Attendant in the General Education Department as on the date of application. Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS & SSR part II Rule 10 a (ii) is applicable for selection to this post. Candidates claiming equivalent qualification should produce relevant Government orders during verification. B.Ed certificate will not be considered in lieu of TTC (Kannada). In the absence of candidates with TTC (Kannada) of Kerala, candidates with TCH (Mysore) shall be considered.

General conditions from the notification
The applicant should be an approved probationer/Full member of the Kerala General Education subordinate service. The selection is on a revenue district basis. Rules regarding reservation (Rules 14 to 17 in Part II of the KS & SSR) are not applicable to recruitment by transfer. Candidates must submit confirmation for writing the examination if a test is conducted.
