Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Lower Division Typist in Various. Category No: 605/2019 – 606/2019. Vacancies: District wise: Idukki-Dheevara - 01 (One), Malappuram – SCCC - 01 (One). Scale of Pay: Rs.19,000- 43,600/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (From candidates belonging to Dheevara & SCCC reservation groups of community only). Applications must be submitted online on or before 05-02-2020 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

18-39. Only candidates born between 02.01.1980 and 01.01.2001 (both dates included). In the case of adult members of SC and their children converted to Christian religion the upper age limit shall be 41 years (born between 02.01.1978 and 01.01.2001). Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Pass in SSLC or its equivalent. Technical Qualifications: • Lower Grade Certificate in KGTE Malayalam Typewriting or its equivalent. • Lower Grade Certificate in KGTE English Typewriting and Computer Word Processing or its equivalent. Experience Required: Not applicable, except for specific exemptions for Ex-servicemen/Defence personnel as detailed in the notification. Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10 a (ii) is applicable. Certificates obtained from Government alone will be accepted as proof of Typewriting qualification. Certificate in Computer Word Processing issued by Central/State Government Department/Agencies/Societies/Universities after successfully completing course of study not less than three months duration is considered as equivalent to KGTE Computer Word Processing.
