Scale of Pay: ₹ 27,900 – 63,700/-. Method of Appointment: Recruitment By Transfer from the low paid employees, viz Record Keeper, Driver-cum-Office Attendants, Binder, Reprographic Operator, Office Attendant, Lab Attendant, Office Attender & Watcher in the Kerala State Pollution Control Board.. Applications must be submitted online on or before 01-07-2026 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

18-50. Only candidates born between 02.01.1976 and 01.01.2008 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post. The other conditions for age relaxation are not applicable for this selection. Check your age for this post with your date of birth and category

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Pass in Plus 2 or equivalent qualification Technical Qualifications: • Lower Grade Certificate in Type writing English (KGTE) & Computer Word Processing or its equivalent. • Lower Grade Certificate in Type writing Malayalam (KGTE) or its equivalent. Experience Required: Must be working as a low paid employee (Record Keeper, Driver-cum-Office Attendants, Binder, Reprographic Operator, Office Attendant, Lab Attendant, Office Attender & Watcher) in the Kerala State Pollution Control Board. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II KS&SSR is applicable. Equivalent qualifications recognized by executive orders or standing orders of Government are accepted.

General conditions from the notification
Para 1, 7 to 12, 13(a), 13(b), 13(f), 13(g), 14 to 18, 22 to 24, 26 to 30 of the general conditions are applicable to this post. Rules regarding reservation of appointment (Rules 14 to 17 of Part II KS&SSR, 1958) are not applicable to appointment By Transfer.
