Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Laboratory Technician Gr-II in Health Services. Category No: 714/2022. Vacancies: District wise (Anticipatory Vacancies across all districts). Scale of Pay: ₹ 35,600-75,400/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment. Applications must be submitted online on or before 01-02-2023 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

18-36. Only candidates born between 02.01.1986 and 01.01.2004 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post with usual age relaxation to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Communities. Maximum age limit shall in no case exceed 50 years. Check your age for this post with your date of birth and category

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • A pass in Pre-Degree or equivalent examination with not less than 50% marks or 'B' grade in Science subjects. Relaxation of 10% marks will be allowed to those belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes and 5% marks to Socially and Educationally Backward communities who come under the purview of GO.(P) 208/66/PD dt 21.5.1966 and subsequent orders/amendments. • S.S.L.C or equivalent for Ex-servicemen who have passed Class I Blood Transfusion Assistant Test and have put in not less than 15 years service in the Armed Forces Technical Qualifications: • A pass in one year Medical Laboratory Technician Training Course conducted by the Medical Colleges, in Kerala or by the Public Health Laboratory, Thiruvananthapuram or any qualification equivalent thereto. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 (a)(ii) of Part II of KS & SSR is applicable.
