Age limit

18-40. Only candidates born between 02.01.1979 and 01.01.2001 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post with usual age relaxation to SC/ST candidates and other backward communities. Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • A pass in S.S.L.C. Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala or its equivalent. • A pass in Pre-degree examination conducted by any of the Universities in Kerala or any examination recognised by any such Universities in Kerala as equivalent to Pre-Degree examination. • A pass in Higher Secondary Examination conducted by the Board of Higher Secondary Examination, Kerala or any other examination recognised by Government as equivalent thereto. Technical Qualifications: • A pass in T.T.C Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala. • Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET) for this post conducted by the Government of Kerala. Exemption: Candidates who have qualified CTET/NET/SET/M.Phil/ Ph.D/ M.Ed. in the respective subjects are exempted from acquiring TET. Experience Required: Not applicable Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 a (ii) of KS&SSR Part II will be applicable for selection to this post. Candidates claiming equivalent qualifications should produce relevant Govt. Orders during verification.
General conditions from the notification
Candidates must register via One Time Registration. Applications submitted to more than one district will be rejected. Selection is on a revenue district basis. Candidates must submit confirmation for writing the examination through their profile if a test is conducted. No application fee is required.
