Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of High School Teacher (Urdu) in Education. Category No: 498/2021. Vacancies: District wise: Kannur - 1 (One). Scale of Pay: 29200 - 62400/- (PR). Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (from candidates belonging to Latin Catholic/Anglo Indian Community only). Applications must be submitted online on or before 01-12-2021 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

18-43. Only candidates born between 02.01.1978 and 01.01.2003 (both dates included) are eligible to apply. Maximum age limit shall in no case exceed 50 years. Check your age for this post with your date of birth and category

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • A Degree in Urdu and B.Ed/B.T/L.T conferred or recognized by the universities in Kerala. • A title of Oriental Learning in Urdu awarded or recognized by the Universities in Kerala (if such title has been declared as equivalent to Part III of Degree) and Certificate in Language Teacher's Training issued by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala. • Candidates possessing post-graduate degree in Urdu are also eligible to apply provided they have the required training qualification i.e. B.Ed/B.T/L.T. Technical Qualifications: • Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET) for this post conducted by the Government of Kerala. • Exemption: Candidates who have qualified CTET/NET/SET/M.Phil/Ph.D in the respective subjects and M.Ed in any subject are exempted from acquiring TET. Experience Required: Not applicable Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS & SSR part II Rule 10 a (ii) will be applicable for this post. Candidates claiming equivalent qualification should produce relevant Government orders during verification.

General conditions from the notification
Candidates must submit a confirmation for writing the examination through their One Time Registration profile. Applications are subject to the rules in G.O(MS) No.154/71/PD and G.O.(MS) No.4/61/PD regarding district-wise selection and transfer. Disciplinary action as per KPSC Rules of procedure, Rule 22 will be initiated for bogus claims.
