Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • A Degree in Malayalam or Graduation with Malayalam as one of the optional subjects under pattern II of Part III and B.Ed/BT/LT conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. • A Title of Oriental Learning in Malayalam awarded by the Universities in Kerala and Certificate in Language Teachers Training issued by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala. • Post Graduates in Malayalam are also eligible to apply for the post provided they have B.Ed/B.T/L.T qualification. Technical Qualifications: • Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET) for this post conducted by the Government of Kerala. Experience Required: Service as Clerk/Typist/Attender/Office Attendant/Binder in the General Education Department with not less than 5 years as on the date of application. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS & SSR Part II Rule 10 a (ii) will be applicable for the post.

General conditions from the notification
Candidates shall submit application online only through One Time Registration. The rules regarding reservation of appointment in Rules 14 to 17 in Part II of KS&SSR are not applicable to recruitment by transfer. Candidates must submit confirmation for writing the examination if written/OMR/online test is conducted.
