Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of High School Assistant (Arabic) in Education. Category No: 350-351/2018. Vacancies: District wise: Scheduled Caste (Thiruvananthapuram, Palakkad, Malappuram - 01 each), Scheduled Tribe (Kannur - 01). Scale of Pay: 29,200-62,400/-(Revised). Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (from candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste & Scheduled Tribe communities only). Applications must be submitted online on or before 30-01-2019 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • A Degree in Arabic or Arabic as one of the optional subjects under pattern II of Part III and B.Ed/B.T/L.T conferred or recognised by the Universities in Kerala. • A Title of Oriental Learning in Arabic awarded or recognized by the Universities in Kerala and Certificate in Language Teacher's Training issued by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala. • Post Graduates in Arabic are also eligible to apply if they possess B.Ed/B.T/L.T Technical Qualifications: • Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET) for this post conducted by the Government of Kerala. • Candidates who have qualified CTET/NET/SET/M.Phil/Ph.D/M.Ed. in the respective subjects are exempted from acquiring TET. Experience Required: Not applicable Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS & SSR Part II Rule 10 a (ii) is applicable. Candidates claiming equivalent qualification should produce relevant Government orders during verification.
