Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Full Time Junior Language Teacher (Arabic) - UPS in Education. Category No: 634/2022 & 635/2022. Vacancies: District-wise (SC - Palakkad: 3, Kozhikode: 1, Malappuram: 5, Kannur: 2, Kasaragod: 5; ST - Kozhikode: 1, Malappuram: 2). Scale of Pay: ₹ 35600-75400/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (from Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes only. In the absence of ST candidates, applications of SC candidates will be considered and vice-versa).. Applications must be submitted online on or before 01-02-2023 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Degree in Arabic conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. • A Title of Oriental Learning in Arabic awarded or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. • Pre-Degree with Part III Arabic (Special Optional) of the University of Calicut. • Plus Two Part III Arabic (Optional) Course of the Higher Secondary Board, Kerala. • SSLC passed with Arabic as First Language (First Paper and Second Paper) parts I and II out-given by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala. • SSLC or equivalent examination, AND any of the following additional qualifications: Technical Qualifications: • Arabic Munshi Examination (Higher) conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala. • Arabic Munshi Examination (Lower) conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala. • Arabic Teachers Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala. • Entrance Examination for Arabic conducted by the Universities of Kerala or Calicut. • KTET Category IV passed. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. Government Orders regarding equivalent qualifications shall be produced at the time of verification.
