Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Accountancy qualification recognized for enrolment in Register of Members maintained by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Indian institute of Costs & Works Accountants, Calcutta or a pass in the final examination of the Costs & Works Accountants, London. Technical Qualifications: • Knowledge in all aspects of Management, Accounting, Institutional Finance, Budgeting and Tax Planning as evidenced by experience certificate from responsible persons. • Knowledge in the preparation of project reports, cash flow analysis, financial analysis and in conducting feasibility studies. Experience Required: Five (5) years post qualification experience in a responsible capacity dealing in financial management in a major industrial establishment / Govt. organization/ reputed company. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10(a) (ii) of Part II KS&SSR is applicable for this selection. Candidates claiming equivalency must produce the Government Order at the time of certificate verification.
General conditions from the notification
Selection is on a statewide basis. Probation period is one year on duty within a continuous period of two years. Candidates must submit confirmation for written/OMR/Online tests. Sub paras V, VIII, IX, X, XI, XII, XIII in Para 2, Para 5(a) and Para 7 of General Conditions are not applicable to this post.
