Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • B.com with CA Inter/ICWA Inter • M.Com with 3 years experience in the Managerial Cadre of a reputed Organisation Experience Required: Must have 3 years regular service in any cadre in the Member Societies affiliated to the Kerala State Co-operative Coir Marketing Federation Limited. Candidates selected under this Category should be in service of the Member Society not only on the date of application but also on the date of appointment to the new post. For M.Com candidates, 3 years experience in the Managerial Cadre of a reputed Organisation is required. Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II KS&SSR is applicable for this selection.

General conditions from the notification
The selection is on a statewide basis. Probation period is one year on duty within a continuous period of two years. Para 2 and 5 of the General Conditions regarding recruitment by KPSC are not applicable to this post.
